Date: Friday, January 23rd
Course Description:
At this comprehensive program, we will spotlight the emerging science that is reshaping our understanding of how lifestyle, biology, technology, and medical innovation intersect to influence lifelong cognitive health. Attendees will gain a clearer, evidence-based understanding of the key drivers of brain wellness—from inflammation, neuroplasticity, and gut health to digital habits, modifiable risk factors, and targeted interventions such as fasting, red light therapy, and nootropics. Through presentations from leading clinicians and researchers, participants will explore practical strategies for reducing dementia risk, strengthening cognitive resilience, and navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of prevention-focused brain science. The conference will also emphasize the importance of combating misinformation and ensuring equitable access to tools, knowledge, and emerging approaches that support brain health across diverse

- Evaluate the Evidence and Mechanisms Behind Brain Health and Dementia Risk.
Participants will be able to differentiate modifiable and non-modifiable dementia risk factors; explain biological mechanisms that influence brain aging, including systemic inflammation, neuroplasticity, and the gut–brain axis; and evaluate scientific evidence for lifestyle strategies, emerging therapies, and commercial products related to dementia prevention. - Identify Lifestyle and Environmental Factors That Support Cognitive Resilience.
Participants will be able to identify key lifestyle behaviors, environmental influences, and technology-related considerations that affect long-term cognitive health; describe habits that reduce neuroinflammation and support neuroplasticity; and recognize evidence-based strategies for using diet, physical activity, stress management, and digital tools to protect memory and attention. - Develop and Apply a Personalized Brain Health Roadmap.
Participants will be able to design a practical, individualized plan that incorporates daily and weekly brain-healthy behaviors; apply actionable strategies to reduce risk starting immediately; and use a critical, evidence-informed approach when adopting lifestyle changes, prevention tools, or novel brain health products and technologies.
