There are many common beliefs about aging and memory, but not all of them are true. This engaging class separates fact from fiction and explores what science actually tells us about brain health. Participants will examine common myths about memory loss, brain training, aging, and cognitive decline. The session highlights evidence-based lifestyle habits that support cognitive health and explains how the brain continues to adapt and learn throughout life. By understanding the facts, participants can make informed choices that support lifelong brain health.
