Caregiving can be deeply meaningful, but it can also lead to stress, exhaustion, guilt, and emotional overwhelm. This workshop will help caregivers recognize the signs of stress and understand how ongoing strain can affect their health, relationships, and ability to provide care. Participants will learn practical strategies for coping, setting boundaries, asking for help, and caring for themselves while continuing to support their loved one.
