Brain health is shaped by the choices we make throughout life. This class explores evidence-based strategies that support cognitive strength and long-term brain wellness. Participants will learn about lifestyle habits linked to better brain health, including physical activity, mental stimulation, sleep, stress management, nutrition, and social engagement. The session explains how these factors work together to protect brain function and reduce risk for cognitive decline. Participants will leave with practical steps they can take to support their brain today and in the years ahead.
