Physical activity is one of the most powerful ways to support brain health at any age. This class will explore how movement can benefit memory, mood, attention, sleep, and overall cognitive function. Participants will learn how different types of exercise, including aerobic activity, strength training, balance, and flexibility, can support a healthier brain and body.
