MAPS: Memory Alliance Programs and Support

Have you heard of MAPS?

The road for people living with memory loss and their care partners can be filled with twists, turns, and unexpected challenges. To help prevent roadblocks and make the journey as smooth as possible, we’ve launched an initiative we’re calling MAPS: Memory Alliance Programs and Support.

MAPS offers a menu of classes, social activities, and other programs and services to help equip, empower, and support you for whatever your journey may bring. Check out our menu of options below:

  • Family and Care Partner Education including Family Care Partner Strategies Series

  • Our Gang including A-Z Caregiver Support Groups, Clubhouse, Bereavement Group, and Connect2Culture social engagement activities

  • Various Supports including Caregiver Support Groups, Care Consultation and Coordination, and Memories in the Making® Art Program

These programs and services are offered free of charge, and as such, are generally funded by grants and foundation gifts which require us to show how our programs impact our participants.

As you attend our programs, we will periodically ask you to complete a few brief surveys. These surveys give us feedback to improve our services, and also help us to apply for funding. We appreciate your willingness to provide feedback for us.

To learn more and participate in MAPS, please fill out the brief interest form below. Your personal data is confidential and will not be shared with any other organizations, nor used for any other purpose.

If you have any questions about MAPS, please call our Helpline at 844-373-4400 or email learn@alzoc.org.
